Campbell Haynes represents clients in a variety of complex antitrust matters.

Campbell is an antitrust lawyer and commercial litigator who brings invaluable experience from his work at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the firm, Campbell served as Counsel to Assistant Attorney General Jonathan Kanter at the Antitrust Division of the DOJ. He was a key advisor to the Assistant Attorney General on major monopolization and merger cases, the cutting-edge application of antitrust law across industries, and merger policy development. Campbell also worked as an Attorney-Advisor in the Antitrust Division's Competition Policy and Advocacy Section. Before joining DOJ, Campbell worked in the Mergers II Division of the Federal Trade Commission. Campbell began his legal career in private practice at Kanter Law Group. 

Campbell is a proud Tennessean who worked for Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam and U.S. Congressman Jim Cooper at the beginning of his career.
