Lauren has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in antitrust litigation in numerous federal courts throughout the United States challenging anticompetitive conduct in the pharmaceutical industry. She also has extensive experience representing lawyers and law firms in defending against breach of fiduciary duty and malpractice claims and advising lawyers and law firms on ethics.
Before joining Kenny Nachwalter (now Sperling Kenny Nachwalter) in 1992, she served as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston, teaching Professional Responsibility and Texas Civil Procedure, and practiced law in Houston at Baker & Botts.
