Michael Nachwalter was a leading lawyer in business litigation with a long, stellar career. He prevailed for clients in numerous antitrust, complex business, and corporate matters and has achieved winning results through arbitration, mediation, and negotiated settlements.

Michael is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the preeminent organization of trial lawyers in North America, the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of civil jury trial rights, and the International Society of Barristers, an honor society for those regarded as among the best trial lawyers in the world.

He served in numerous committee posts, including as chairman of the committee on consumer protection laws and member of the special task force, the antitrust committee, and the corporation, banking, and business law sections. Michael also was a member of the Attorney General’s Antitrust Revision Committee, the Consumer Council, and the Civil RICO Report’s advisory board. Additionally, he served as an adjunct faculty member and law lecturer at the University of Miami Law School.

Before founding Kenny Nachwalter, Michael clerked for the Honorable Ted Cabot and the Honorable Joseph Eaton of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
