Ms. Liu joined Sperling Kenny Nachwalter in 2021. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation involving contracts, sale of goods, real estate disputes, employment disputes, intellectual property, and cross-border litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Liu has successfully handled legal matters for a range of clients, from small businesses to leading international companies in the manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and retail sectors. Since joining Sperling Kenny Nachwalter, Ms. Liu has also worked on several antitrust matters.
Ms. Liu is uniquely positioned to offer legal services in English and Mandarin languages. Ms. Liu obtained her J.D. degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, a Master of Laws degree from University of Illinois, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Xiamen University in China. Ms. Liu’s in-depth understanding of multi-jurisdictional litigation matters enhances her ability to research and analyze intricate legal and factual issues and allows her to effectively advocate for her clients.
Prior to joining Sperling Kenny Nachwalter, Ms. Liu was a litigation associate at Lynch Thompson LLP. She also served as a judicial extern for a federal judge at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
